CEWEK BOGOR MENGHINA DI FACEBOOK PENJARA 2 BULAN

NONSTOP,PENJARA-peringatan bagi para pengguna situs jejaring facebook. Jnagan coba-oba menulis kata-kata kasar atau menhina orang lain, walaupun didunia maya.
Kemarin seorng facebookers, Nur Arafah Alias Farah divonis 2,5 bulan. Ketua majelis hakim, Ekova Rahayu menyatakan, terdakwa terbukti bersalah telah melakukan penghinaan lewat facebook, sehimgga dijerat pasal 311 KUHP. Farah telah menghina Felly Fandani.
"Memutuskan terdakwah bersalah dengan hukuman penjara 2 bulan 15 hari, dengan masa perobaan 5 bulan," tandas pengadilan negeri Bogor, Bogor , Jawa Barat, Selasa(16/2)
Beruntung, Farah tidak menjalani hukuman kurungan badan, jika selama waktu 5 bulan tidak melakukan perbuatan pidana.
Adapun hal yang memberatkan, Farah telah dinilai telah membuat malu keluarga Felly dan tidak menggunakan teknologi denag semestinya, Dalam sidang itu, Farah hanya ditemeni pacarnya Ujang Rohamsyah.
Kasus ini bermula pada Jul;i 2009 lalu. Saat Itu Felly, menulis komentar distatus Facebook Ujang. Karena membaca tulisan yang diamggap mengatai-ngatai, Farah lalu menbalas denag lebih pedas. Tulisan itu yang kemudian dilaporkan Felly dan ibunya kepolisi
